Pro Panel Rental (Art Fair Booth Equipment)

Doing an art fair in the San Francisco Bay Area? We can provide many of the pieces you need to create an effective, 10'x10' professional booth, including a set of Pro Panel booth walls and accessories, tent, card table and low chair. Call for specific details and availability, you are responsible for pick-up and delivery of the materials to my location in San Jose. Each of the nine panels are individually about 7' high and a bit under 40" wide, and are carpeted on both sides in a charcoal grey. The diagram at right shows a booth constructed with seven of the nine panels.

Pro Panel rental: $125/weekend + required California sales tax. ($135.31 total before April 1, 2009; $136.56 on or after April 1, 2009) . This price includes 9 panels, the various velcro strips, attachments, and stabilizing rods necessary to build a standard booth, drapery hooks for hanging art, the tent/canopy, card table and a small folding chair. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer discounts for partial rentals.

Photographing Artwork -- Digital Images of your Art for Jurying, Gallery Submissions and Contests

Quality digital images of your artwork are key to any professional presentation of your work to contests, art consultants and galleries. I will work with you to create images of your art you can be proud of, at a reasonable price.

High-quality digital images: 2D artwork (paintings, drawings, etc.) are generally $13/artwork. This price includes a CD-ROM of your images, as well as spotting, color correction and brightness adjustment. There are limits to the size of artwork I can easily handle, if you are photographing large paintings or other artwork, please contact me so we can discuss options, if I won't be able to give you good results myself I'll be happy to refer you to someone who can.

The CD will include both very high and moderate-resolution images of your artwork to your specifications. (The highest-resolution files will be large enough for good-sized giclee reproductions, enquire for specifics). Results usually available 2-3 days after shooting, often more quickly.

As of September 2009, I no longer offer slide services, only digital services.

A minimum charge of $60 applies to all sessions.

These prices do not include travel and are for images taken at my studio. House calls are available at an additional price, call for details. California sales tax applies.

Digital Imaging

We can assist in a wide variety of digital manipulation and printing issues. From creating show postcards and inkjet prints (using outside printing services), to single-page printed 'slide sheets' of your work, to web work and even photo restoration, we have the tools and knowledge necessary to make your project a success..

Digital Imaging Work: $60/hour or $325/8-hour day.

We are happy to work with you in working with and/or selecting print vendors.
